Topic - Science
For today’s lesson, we will learn the conditions that are present in desert environments. We will look at a range of adaptations in desert plants and animals. We will look specifically at cacti, camels, kangaroo rats and fennec foxes. For this lesson, you will need a piece of paper, a pencil, a ruler and you might want to use colouring pencils.
After you have completed the lesson we would like you to create an information leaflet/page about one or more of these animals. Pay particular attention to how they have adapted themselves to living in a desert environment.
