At Manor Primary School we aim to develop happy, confident and caring young
citizens who are well prepared for the future as life long learners.
The 20th Child Award is given in school for those children who go the extra mile, who do the right thing when no one is noticing and help others, not for the reward of stickers or certificates but because they know you should.
As their reward they have hot chocolate with the headteacher!
Manor Primary School will provide the highest standards of teaching and learning by
engaging, inspiring, challenging and supporting all children to do their best and develop
a love of learning. To do this we create a respectful and inclusive atmosphere that is
welcoming, fun, friendly and safe.
Principles and Values
Each fortnight, every class is given a value to explore within PSHE. At the end of the fortnight, a child or Children are rewarded with the Class Champion certificate and a trophy.
We believe that these are part of being caring young citizens.
The following values are what children at Manor Primary demonstrate on a daily basis:-
Honesty & Manners
To give every child the skills and knowledge to be the best that they can be.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
